Today my husband and I ate at Po Boy's Restaurant over on Andrew Jackson Way in Huntsville. I think it's a wonderful place to get some good New Orleans style food. And they have this sauce it's called Hot D**** Sauce that is wonderful. The name says it all. Well anyhoo-I'm sitting there telling my husband one of our producers likes the Etoufee and what would you know Tiffany is sitting in the next room. She's there, our producer Steven and a few of our friends from other Huntsville stations. It's T.V. day at PoBoys! Funny, how great minds think alike.
