More on the BBQ. My friends the Collins Brothers take their que on the road every summer. Here's a link to their website-http://www.co-bros.com. They use the Big Green Egg to bbq delicious meats. They have a list on the website of where they'll be cooking this summer. Check it out. The picture is of three of the brothers Brooks, Chet and Kirk. Brent is missing in this picture. Actually, they say that the crawfish Brooks is holding represents Brent for the day. Let me know of any other bbq events in the comments area.
