Moo! My First Cattle Auction

I had a great day playing with cows today out in Lawrence County. I went to my first Cattle Auction-Moo! There are a lot of cows, calves, donkeys and goats at these things. If you haven't ever gone to a cattle auction, take some time to go to one. It's a lot of fun. And it's very loud-MOO!!! I've posted some blury pictures I took with my phone. We also ate at the Moulton Stockyard Restaurant-Moo-ummy. That's some good stuff. I also like the steakhouse down the street from there. So, if your looking for a good steak check out these places on HWY 157 in Moulton, AL. And as the farmers told me-Don't you worry about that Mad Cow Disease-you're more likely to be bit by a snake then get a taste of Mad Cow. Moo-wee!
I find it funny I ended up doing the story. Since my whole life I've heard people call me MOOOO-dy. Ha.
Here is a little poem for you all my Nana taught me as a child.
I never saw a purple cow.
I never hope to see one.
But I can tell you any how.
I'd rather see than be one.
And in the book- A purple cow stands beside the poem.
