Chicken Poulet Recipe

1 pkg (8oz.) herbal cornbread stuffing
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter (melted)
3 cup chopped chicken cooked
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom
2 beaten eggs
Mild shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except mushroom soup and cheese. Place in 9x13" greased pan and spread mushroom soup over mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until brown.
***I would let the mixture set up before putting the mushroom soup on top.

It's easy and yummy!!!
