Alabama wins again, and wins big.
Taylor Hicks is the newest Alabama celebrity. He was voted American Idol last week. That's after Rueben Studdard winning two years ago, then Bo Bice coming in second last year (both Alabama natives). What's up Bama? We rock.
I'm very proud of Taylor Hicks and the Soul Patrol. I was pulling for him from the beginning. I hope his first album is a hit. And can't wait to start hearing more tunes from him. Taylor good luck on your new Star Status! Woo-hoo-Soul Patrol.

SOUL PATROL! WOO! How many times did you vote? I got no phone votes in. Tried to use my Arkansas cell to get phone votes in but got countless texts in. I'm so happy he won. I broke down into happy tears and bawled finale night.
I think I need to check myself into an American Idol 12 Step program or something. Haha
