Emceeing A Pageant

Saturday I emceed the Morgan County Relay For Life Pageant at West Morgan High School. The event raised $2,000 for the American Cancer Society fundraiser. These are pictures I took at the pageant. The ladies in the beaded dresses competed in the division 36 and older. I announced that all of them were 29 years old they all thanked me for that little fib. They are all sisters. They did the pageant in honor of their mother who died of cancer. They sure are lovely ladies. You go girls, you are all winners!

All the girls in purple are the ladies from Nu Cor Steel who put on the pageant. They are the ones who called NewsChannel 19 and asked us to help out. Thanks for giving us a call and asking us to be a part of the big day.

Here's some things you can get involved with that are coming up with the Morgan County Relay for Life. The relay will be held May 4th in downtown Decatur. Festivities begin 6 pm with the Survivor lap and continue until 6 am Saturday morning. There will be food and fun for the whole family.
Thanks again to the girls at Nu Cor Steel I had great time Saturday, and hope to see you girls next year.
